Short version? Anyone who has munitions to sell is selling in Iraq. Why? Ohhhh ... money, political influence for their side, the usual reasons. Iraq is quite simply this great sucking hole for black market arms. And the funny thing is that the money is likely coming from U.S. taxpayers. Remember
that 363 tons of money handed out to "jump start" the Iraqi economy? I'd say it's jumping alright.
