On yesterday's post about the U.S. doling out cash from the back of a pickup truck, did you know that $12 billion weighs 363 tons?

With regard to the passing out of bucks, Paul Bremer had this to say:
"It was clear we had to get this Iraqi money in the hands of people immediately."
Well Paul? Mission accomplished. The various insurgents factions are grateful for your "jumpstart" in Iraq.
