This is what the first row's harvest looked like. That's about 50 lbs. of Cabernet Franc's.
The vines are very tired and ready for a rest. A big drink of water, strip off some leaves to prepare for next years crop, then take a break.
This is what 275 lbs of grapes looks like. They're sitting in receiving department of the "winery"
Of course, every classy winery has a cool sign ......
This would be the main fermentation chamber. On the left are some Petite Syrah's I started a week ago. The big bucket is the new harvest.
Finally, the winery lab .....
It was a harvest bounty beyond my expectations and should yield about six cases of wine. I shall be busy with this years production for sure .......
