Carving up Iraq
Well, this didn't take long.
BAGHDAD, Iraq - A proposal that could carve Iraq into three autonomous states moved forward Monday after leaders of the country's feuding ethnic and sectarian groups agreed to delay any division until 2008.
2008? What happens in 2008? Anyone? Everyone?

Nothing is likely to come of this until the Sunni's are guaranteed a piece of the oil pie. Their sectors have none, and they're not going to give up that dough easily.
