Picture of the Day
Mikevotes over at Born at the Crest of Empire gets the best pictures.

He's got a great shot of the seven year old who asked Bush a major league soft-ball question at his "public forum" today. Here's the question and response by these "peers" having a discussion:
Asked by a 7-year-old in the audience at the Louisville Convention Center how people could help in the war on terrorism, Bush replied, "One way people can help as we're coming down the pike in the 2006 elections is remember the effect that rhetoric can have on our troops in harm's way and the effect that rhetoric can have in emboldening or weakening an enemy."
Un-huh.

Spontaneous.

My ass.

Mike

when a 7 year old asks him aquestion he replies as if he is talking to an adult?

why is it then that when an adult asks him a question he replies as if he is talking to a 7 year old
