Cooked Rice ... Almost
While we struggle with real real problems here at home, poor Condi makes a surprise visit to Iraq:
Think your commute is bad?

It’s not often that official visits to Baghdad collide with everyday reality, but Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice got a rare taste of ordinary life here when her plane had to circle for more than half an hour on Thursday due to incoming fire at the airport.

The State Department spokesman told reporters the delayed landing was due to indirect fire – meaning mortars or rockets – around the airport complex. The same airport that businessmen, contractors and Iraqis who can afford it fly in and out of everyday.
I'll give Condi credit. I'm not sure I'd go to Baghdad. She, and her convoy, have a huge target painted on them.
