As much as it hurts,
I agree with William Arkin's positive assessment of the Bush administrations response to the N. Korea's missile "launch" (the thing blew up less than a minute into the "flight"). So far, Bush has sorta shaken his head and said "there goes those crazy N. Koreans again". No military strikes. No ratcheting up the rhetoric. Instead, he's (so far) leaving it to the regional powers to take a hand.
Even a stopped watch is right twice per day.
