Unusual?
Not for Bush:
In other military changes, Navy Adm. William J. Fallon will take over the top spot in Central Command, which controls forces in the Middle East, from Gen. John P. Abizaid.
Lots of folks are wondering why in the world would Bush put an Admiral in charge of two land wars. Some are suggesting that it's a move anticipating more naval involvment in a coming war with Iran.
