FISA Update III
Abu Gonzales was not very forthcoming about the arrangement he's made with the FISA judge, only saying that the administration is now complying with FISA. Naturally everyone is suspicious of that "agreement".

Now it seems that the only person who is keeping things secret is .... Abu himself:
... the Bush administration “has refused to release any part of the order issued yesterday by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court authorizing NSA surveillance within the United States, saying doing so would risk exposing operational details.” But in a letter to Sens. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) and Arlen Specter (R-PA), the presiding judge notes that she has “no objection” to the material being made available to Congress; it is the Attorney General who refuses to share it.
I promise you that when it all comes out we'll find that the administration has been lying again.
