FISA Update II
As elef pointed out in the comments section, Glenn Greenwald was at the hearing today with Abu Gonzales. His testimony was, shall we say, less than satisfactory. Glenn does a really nice job describing the ins/outs.

If you're in a hurry, let me give you a short version. It's likely the administration finally got a FISA judge to sign off on what they've been doing thereby making it "more legal" while they claim that it never was illegal. The program continues and the briefings given to Congress are, shall we say, incomplete.
