Just Noticing
As I'm reading through the news roundup, there are quite a few very interesting stories. Lots of deaths in Iraq (both civilian and American), GOP corruption, soldiers not being treated well, poll roundup .... the usual stuff that has dominated the news lately.

I'm finding it difficult to get too worked up about any of it just now. The corruption has been so profound and pervasive, it's getting to be old hat. I just hope we can all recapture a sense of outrage over such behavior in the future, not be so jaded that it just doesn't matter anymore.
