Unconscionable
You know?

It really is unconscionable that anyone would vote to institutionalize torture, much less Democrats.

Jack Cafferty of CNN pointed out a provision of the torture bill buried in the middle of it somewhere: it absolves Bush and company of all liability for torture since 9/11. I think THAT is what the bill is really all about.
