How It's Done
You may or may not have been aware of a flap that developed between Arianna Huffington and George Clooney.

The short version is that Arianna published some quotes from a Clooney interview that many took as being out of context to what Clooney said. Clooney and Huffington exchanged "words".

In the scheme of things, I've felt this story was more for the gossip columns than anything else. But what is really instructive is how Arianna has shown exactly how anyone in public eye (note to journalists) should apologize when they screw up.
