I knew Ray Nagin was wistfully hoping France would take over New Orleans again. And I even heard that France actually responded favorably. But Jordan's in too?
Jordan's King Abdullah also visited New Orleans on Friday and Nagin said he would encourage foreign interests to help redevelop some of the areas hardest hit by the storm.

"France can take Treme. The king of Jordan can take the Lower Ninth Ward," he said, referring to two of the city's neighborhoods.
I guess like bank robbers, you go where there's money. It certainly isn't coming from within the United States. Just like the poor people and their heating bills:
Moreover, why are the poor people of cities like the South Bronx, Philadelphia, New Haven, and towns across Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and Rhode Island relying on, of all people, the President of Venezuela to help them pay their sky-high heating bills?
