This is the quote from Harry Reid when asked about the delay in the vote over Scalito:
"This is a key swing vote on the Supreme Court and Democrats are not going to be rushed into anything," said Jim Manley, a spokesman for Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid of Nevada.
My intuition sucks. So take it with a mine full of salt. But could there actually be a strategy developing; negotiations occuring among Dems. to stop Alito's nomination?
